The Party Pig^® beer dispensing system is your answer! The Party Pig^® is a self contained, 2.25 gallon reusable beer dispenser. Two "Pigs" are perfect for handling the contents of one 5-gallon fermenter. The package is easy to carry and fits into standard refrigerators.

STEP 1: Fill Bottle to indicated level, then add priming sugar. Cut open shipping pouch and insert pressure pouch (it's prefolded and presterilized) into the bottle along with the beer.
STEP 2: Place valve and gasket on bottle and secure with attaching ring and screws.
STEP 3: Use pressure source to activate pressure pouch. Then bleed off head space.
STEP 4: Place bottle in tray and tighten strap.
STEP 5: Age, then when chilled just press, pour and enjoy your fresh homebrewed beer. The Pressure Pouch automatically expands and maintains a constant pressure as beer is dispensed from the Party Pig^®
